Service Description

This appointment is an add-on to your Initial Consultation & first follow up appointments. After an agreed period to log your eating and drinking habits, the follow up appointment will offer continued guidance on refining or adjusting your goals and healthy options to introduce into your habits. Simply call, text or email to discuss your needs and availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class or session you have booked, you will need to provide 24 hours notice to reschedule your booking. Less than 24 hours notice means that you will be charged for the class and will not be able to reschedule, however you may gift your booking to a friend or family member.
