Service Description

Seedlings Yoga is a fun and interactive 30 minute yoga session for kids, ages 5-10 years. Integrating yoga poses through story-telling, we explore important themes and feelings in a safe, inclusive and fun environment.

Cancellation Policy

If your child is unable to attend a class you have booked, you will need to provide 24 hours notice to reschedule your booking. Less than 24 hours notice means that you will be charged for the class however you may gift your booking to another child if you wish. We kindly ask that parents remain on-site at the cafe during the class.
